Um 10 Uhr holen wir unsere Reifen ab, der Mechaniker ist voll auf Valium, so Müde kann keiner sein. Als ich was aus dem Auto holen will, kann ich nicht mehr abschliessen. So langsam aber sicher verdient sich unsere Zicke ihren Namen. Später auf dem Zeltplatz nehme ich die Tür auseinander und finde den Schuldigen recht schnell.

Diese 1 Euro Feder ist gebrochen, relativ unwahrscheinlich das ich sowas hier bekomme, also setze ich das Schloss fest so das wir in jedem Fall die Tür aufbekommen. Wir haben ja noch das Zusatzschloss. Die ganze Türmechanik mit dem Soft Close Müll ist der reinste Overkill, sowas nimmt man nicht mit nach Afrika.

Dann machen wir uns auf den Weg Swakopmund zu erkunden. Die Innenstadt errinert eher als Wanne Eickel als an irgendwas in Afrika. Dafür bekommt man hier alles und es ist herrlich frische Luft und es scheint sogar die Sonne.
Then we start exploring Swakopmund. The inner city reminds us more at Nelson then anythng else in Africa. But you get everything you want here and the air is fresh and cool and we have sunshine.

Das ist unser privater Stellplatz mit eigenem Klo und Dusche, ziemlich edel. Am Abend gehen wir ins Tug essen, ich habe ein Schnitzel und Babsi Fisch, beides sehr lecker und ziemlich günstig.
